【海外也可送印、寄送】Instruction (English version)
- 我們可以印製來自國外的訂單,並且在印好後寄到國外地址,點我即可估價(不含運費,未付款前不會開始印,可放心使用,在手機上操作建議轉橫向)。
- 運費需另外人工報價,後面會有詳細說明,由於運費跟重量有關,如果是印書,建議您可以選「低基重高厚度」的【云采嵩圖紙81.4g】(日本製的云采嵩圖紙較輕且厚度(0.12mm左右)介於畫刊紙120g(0.13mm左右)與米色道林紙100g(0.12mm左右)之間)。
- 成品會用空運或EMS快捷寄送。運送途中有一定機率發生因碰撞造成的損傷,由於不屬於印刷瑕疵,恕不提供免費重印或退費補償,僅能協助收件人向運送業者求償,敬請見諒。請先斟酌此點,可接受再送印。
- 寄送中如果因為當地海關流程、收件遲延產生其他新費用,需由收件人自行負擔。請先斟酌此點,可接受再送印。
- 除精裝書需10-14個工作天外,所有產品印製(不含寄送)需5-7工作天,例假日不計。自完成付款及檔案檢查無問題的隔天起算。
- 寄到國外所需的時間依不同國家而異。亞洲地區建議至少提前兩週送印。亞洲以外地區建議至少提前三到四週送印。寄出後會提供託運單號以便追蹤。
- 網站僅接受1.信用卡線上刷卡(會增加2.5%代收金流處理費)2.台灣本地銀行帳戶的匯款付款。不接受Paypal、支付寶等其他支付方式。
國外訂單的送印流程:
1. 在網站的第一個畫面填寫印製規格,操作方式可參考網站說明
2. 填寫完畢後→點最底下的【放入購物車】→點右邊購物車底下的【結帳】,會進入下一畫面【步驟二:填寫寄送資訊】
3. 步驟二有六個項目必填(如下圖藍框),全部填完後點最底下右邊的【資料確認】,訂單就會送出並成立,進入上傳檔案及付款的下一畫面【步驟三:訂單完成】。填寫過程中如果要增加產品或刪除,請點左下角的【繼續選購】。
- Email信箱
- 收件人姓名:請填寫英文姓名以便寄送
- 電話:請填在「室內電話」這一欄,前面空格填「國碼」,後面填電話
- 收件地址:先將交貨方式改成「寄國外…」,再填寫完整英文地址(包含郵遞區號)
- 付款方式:預設為匯款,如果沒有台灣本地銀行帳號,請改用信用卡付款
- 看完下面的告知事項後在最底下的「我已閱讀」打勾
4. 一進入【步驟三:訂單完成】的畫面,系統就會寄一封標題為「樺舍印前產品寄海外…訂購通知」的E-mail到您的信箱。由於運費還需要等待人工估價,此時還無法付款。但可以先按畫面左邊的【選擇上傳產品】按鈕上傳送印的PDF檔。上傳檔案細節可參考網站說明。
5. 在收到您送出的訂單後,工作人員會盡快在下一個工作天內估好運費。運費估價完成後系統會再寄一封「樺舍印前寄國外…費用確認通知」的E-mail到您的信箱。點信中的連結即可回到網站付款。原本選擇信用卡付款請按下圖的【前往信用卡付款】按鈕前往刷卡畫面,原本選擇匯款則請依照網站顯示的銀行帳戶匯款。
6. 付款後工作人員就會開始檢查檔案,如果有問題會email通知您修改,如果沒有問題也會通知開始印。印製完成後email通知出貨時間及託運單號。
7. 以上步驟除了【步驟二:填寫寄送資訊】外都與國內送印相同。關於送印流程如有問題可參考網站說明,如有其他問題可來信:interprintprepress@gmail.com。
【Printing and Shipping for Overseas Customers】
- In addition to referring to this guide, we recommend installing the Google Translate extension for Chrome or other browers to help you read other guides in Chinese on the website.
- We accept orders from abroad and will ship to overseas addresses once the printing is completed. Click here for a quote. (shipping fees not included; printing won't start until payment is confirmed, so feel free to explore. For mobile users, landscape mode is recommended for better viewing)
- Shipping fees are quoted separately and explained in detail later. Since shipping costs are related to weight, if you are printing books, we recommend choosing the High Quality Woodfree Paper 81.4g (Japanese-made High Quality Woodfree Paper is lighter and its thickness (~0.12mm) is between Snow White Bit-Coated Woodfree Paper 120g (~0.13mm) and Cream Woodfree Paper 100g (~0.12mm)).
- Orders are shipped via airfreight or International Express Mail Service. Please note that there is a chance of damage during transit due to handling, which is not considered a printing defect. We do not offer free reprints or refunds in such cases, but we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We kindly ask for your understanding and please consider this before placing your order.
- Any additional fees resulting from customs processing or delivery delays must be covered by the recipient. Please take this into account before placing your order.
- For most products, printing takes 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Hardcover books require 7-10 business days. Production begins the day after payment is confirmed and files have passed examination.
- Shipping times vary by country. For Asia, we recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance. For non-Asian countries, we recommend placing orders three to four weeks in advance. A tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped.
- We accept payments via 1) credit card (an additional 2.5% processing fee applies), or 2) bank transfers from Taiwan-based accounts. We do not accept PayPal, Alipay, or other payment methods.
Process for Placing Overseas Print Orders:
1. On the first page of the website, fill in your print specifications. You can refer to the guide for detailed instructions.
2. Once completed, click [Add to Cart] at the bottom of the page, then click [Checkout] under the cart on the right side. You will proceed to the next screen, [Step 2: Shipping Information].
3. In Step 2, you must fill out six required fields (highlighted in blue in the image below). After completing all fields, click [Review Information] at the bottom right to submit your order and proceed to the next page for file upload and payment in [Step 3: Order Complete]. If you need to add or remove products during this step, click [Continue Shopping] at the bottom left.
Here's a quick guide for filling out the required fields:
- Email Address
- Recipient's Name: Please provide the recipient's name in English for shipping purposes.
- Phone Number: Enter your phone number in the "Home Phone" field, with the country code in the first box and the phone number in the second.
- Shipping Address: First, change the delivery method to "Ship Overseas..." and then enter the complete address in English (including postal code).
- Payment Method: By default, payment is set to bank transfer. If you do not have a Taiwan-based bank account, please select credit card payment.
- After reading the information below, check the box for "I have read and agree" at the bottom of the page.
4. Once you reach [Step 3: Order Complete], the website will send you an email with the subject "Interprint Overseas Order..." Since shipping fees need to be manually estimated, you won't be able to make a payment yet. However, you can upload your print-ready PDF files by clicking the [Upload Files] button on the left side of the screen. For details on uploading files, please refer to the guide.
5. After receiving your order, our staff will estimate the shipping costs within the next business day. Once the estimate is ready, you'll receive another email titled "Interprint Overseas Shipping Fee Confirmation." Click the link in the email to return to the website for payment. If you selected credit card payment, click the [Proceed to Credit Card Payment] button, or if you chose bank transfer, please follow the instructions and transfer the payment to the bank account shown on the website.
6. After payment is completed, our team will begin reviewing your files. If there are any issues, we will notify you via email for corrections. If everything is in order, we will notify you when printing begins. Upon completion, we will email you the shipping date and tracking number.
7. All steps, except [Step 2: Shipping Information], are the same as for domestic orders. If you have any questions about the process, please refer to the guide or contact us at interprintprepress@gmail.com.
